I'm not the best articulating art, but fitness? That's my specialty.
Don't know how you got learning fitness from a site about learning to draw, but good on you for getting started.

How to start.

I'm gonna cut to the chase, I'd recommend starting with some basic calisthenics to get started.
I'll explain myself in a second, but for now I'll leave a beginner routine below with a RepsxSets format.



There you go, that should cover all the major muscle groups you need at the beginning. Do that 3 times a week and you should be good.

Technique - Push-Ups

If you need some more information on how to do any of these, then I've got you.


Pushups - start laying on your stomach before placing your hands at your sides, making sure that your elbows are pointed up and not to the side
and keeping your fingers facing forward.

If you can't quite do push-ups yet, then start on your knees and get some reps in that way. All you'll ever get for pushing yourself too far is a wonderful start to your injury collection.
